		<description>Good point that you can withdraw your contributions to a Roth at any time. A related point I want to make is that if you leave your employer after the age of 55 you can withdraw from the 401K. If you roll it over to an IRA you will pay a 10% penalty until you reach 59&amp;1/2. I did not think this was much of an issue but with all of the downsizing it is well worth noting.</description>
