Every month I post my updated net worth for those of you that are interested in following my progress. These net worth updates go as far back as January 2006. Tracking my net worth has helped keep me motivated, focused, and accountable. I look forward to compiling it at the end of each month, and I encourage you to consider doing something similar.
The market dropped a little over the last few days of December making the month a bit of a weaker one than I was hoping for. December always brings in lots of dividends payments as you can see below. Also, I participated in the Lending Club IPO this month, which is why you can see a drop in the savings and a large increase in the Fidelity account.
All in all, it was a good year, and I’m hoping for even better in 2015.
