  1. I have been on sick leave since June /20. During this time frame my boss stated my position was eliminated. Also, during this time, no contact was made by my employer advising me of my job loss. My last R.O.E. was for sick leave. Do they have to give me a another R.O.E. for termination. Will be 2 weeks as of March 3, 2022 since I last made contact with my employer.
